Aqua Walk is a marine activity where you can wear a helmet and walk underwater.
You can enjoy an underwater walk among the corals and tropical fish of Guam's beautiful sea.
The helmet is designed to allow you to breathe underwater, and your hair and face will not get wet, so you can participate even with your glasses or contact lenses on!
Even those who can't swim or beginners can easily participate.
Plus, right now we're running a campaign with a free GoPro photo shoot. (We'll send the photos to interested participants via Instagram.)

Recommended Points
All plans include free pick-up and drop-off from major hotels.
Since this activity involves only walking underwater, it is suitable for children, seniors, and those who are not confident swimmers.
Wetsuits and boots are available for free rental, so all you need to do is bring a towel and wear a swimsuit.
Your face stays mostly dry, so you can keep your glasses, contacts, and makeup on!

Arriving at our shop
If you wish to fill out a waiver of liability at the shop and pay on site, please do so at the shop.
Toilets and changing rooms are also available at the shop.
T-shirts and other merchandise will also be available for purchase.

From the shop, transfer to a bus or van and head to the beach for the Aqua Walk.
Aqua Walk begins!
After putting on your wetsuit and receiving a brief orientation, step into the ocean and enjoy an underwater walk in the beautiful waters of Guam.
Complimentary Snorkeling time
Enjoy Complimentary Snorkeling while waiting for your pick-up. Snorkels and life jackets are provided free of charge.
Upon arrival at the port, we will be drop you off to your hotel.

*Guests staying at the Dusit Hotel (formerly the Outrigger Hotel) will be picked up and dropped off at the Dishtani Hotel.
*Guests who wish to use a rental car are kindly requested to come directly to Scuba Company Guam.

Beach & Facilities
Private Beach for Aqua Walk
Aqua Walk takes place at our private beach.
Showers, restrooms, and rest areas are available.
We provide complimentary snorkels, wetsuits, and marine shoes for free snorkeling at the beach, available at no charge to Aqua Walk participants.
Shuttle Vans & Buses
Our staff will transport you in our company-owned bus “KIHEI” and vans.
Both vehicles are fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

Free GoPro Photo & Photo Data Receipt Method
Free GoPro Photo Campaign Now On! Aqua Walk staff will take underwater photos and send them to you for free via Instagram upon request.
After your Aqua Walk experience, customers wishing to receive photos should submit their request using the method below.

Go to Scuba Company Guam's Instagram (scubaco.gu)
If you do not have an Instagram account, please create one.
Due to the large size of the photos, they will be sent via Instagram.

Send a message via Instagram's “Messages” feature requesting photos.
Please send us the following information in English: your participation date, representative's name, hotel name in Guam, number of participants, and a photo of your family.

Once you send us a message, we will usually provide a download link (valid for 30 days) within 3 business days.

Cancellation fees
From 4:00 pm (Japan time) two days before the tour to 4:00 pm (Japan time) the day before the tour: 50% of the tour fee
After 4:00pm (Japan time) on the day before the tour: 100% of the tour fee
* Cancellations made at the customer's request will incur a cancellation fee.
Group reservations are subject to the Travel Agency Act.
In case of cancellation, please notify us by phone or email.
*If the Aqua Walk is cancelled due to weather or other reasons at our discretion, you will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation, we will call the hotel directly.
Precautions
Pregnant women and those with disabilities are not permitted to participate.
Please note that if the Complimentary Snorkeling cannot be carried out due to the next tour or pick-up time (if only the Aqua Walk is being held), there will be no refund.
You can choose to just observe the Aqua Walk from the beach without participating, but anyone aged 12 or over will be required to pay a $25 observation fee (including facility usage fee, drinks, transportation, insurance, etc.).
Guests participating in the Dolphin & Ocean Park tour will snorkel at Ocean Park, so please note that Complimentary Snorkeling at the beach is not included.
You cannot participate in the Aqua Walk on the day of your flight.
For safety management and to prevent any troubles, we kindly ask guests to take photos and videos among themselves.
Please note that our company cannot be held responsible for any issues or disputes related to photography or video recording.
Photos taken during the tour may be used for publicity purposes on our website, social media, in advertisements, magazines, etc. If you do not wish for your photos to be published, please contact us in advance.
If you wish to pay in Japanese yen, please make sure to apply in Japan at least 5 days before your departure. The exchange rate on that day will be used for calculation. Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

Free filming with GoPro may not be available due to equipment malfunctions, weather conditions, or other reasons.
Please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.
