Service Description
Aqua Walk is an activity where you wear a helmet and enjoy an underwater walk in Guam's beautiful sea. Since your hair and face stay mostly dry, you can participate even while wearing glasses or contact lenses. Non-swimmers are welcome too. Includes a free snorkeling experience! Plus, right now we're running a campaign with free GoPro filming included with Aqua Walk. (Photos will be sent to Instagram for those who request them) Parasailing is a marine activity where a parachute is pulled by a motorboat, allowing you to enjoy an aerial stroll like flying a kite. Even first-timers can enjoy it if they have the stamina to swing on a swing, making it suitable for a wide range of ages, from children to seniors.
Cancellation Policy
・Up to 4:00 PM (Japan time) two days before the tour: 50% of the participation fee ・Up to 4:00 PM (Japan time) the day before the tour: 100% of the participation fee ※Cancellation fees apply for cancellations made at the customer's convenience. Group reservations are subject to the Travel Agency Act. Please notify us by phone or email in case of cancellation. ※If the Aqua Walk is canceled due to weather conditions or other reasons at our discretion, a refund will be issued. In case of cancellation, we will contact your hotel directly. However, ※Pregnant guests and guests with disabilities cannot participate in parasailing. ※ Please refrain from wearing glasses, as there is a risk of them falling into the water or being damaged. If you choose to wear them, it will be at your own risk. ※Guests under 5 years old are not permitted on the parasailing boat. ※Parasailing is operated under contract by Sunny Side Up. ※You may choose to observe the Aqua Walk from the beach without participating. However, a $25 observation fee (covering facility use, beverages, transportation, insurance, etc.) applies to guests aged 12 and older. ※Participation in the Aqua Walk is not permitted on the day of your flight departure. ※Please note that no refunds will be issued if the complimentary snorkeling activity associated with the Aqua Walk cannot be conducted due to scheduling conflicts with subsequent tours or pick-up times. ※For safety management and to prevent disputes, please take photos and videos among yourselves. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues related to photography. ※Free GoPro filming may not be available due to equipment malfunction or weather conditions. Please understand that refunds will not be provided in such cases. ※Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
