Service Description
Aqua Walk is an activity where you wear a helmet and enjoy an underwater stroll in Guam's beautiful ocean. Since your hair and face stay mostly dry, you can participate even while wearing glasses or contact lenses. Everyone from children to seniors can join, including those who cannot swim. Includes a free snorkeling experience! Wetsuits and aqua boots are provided free of charge, so just bring a towel and wear your swimsuit. Minimum age: 8 years old. Plus, right now we're running a campaign with free GoPro photography included. (Photos will be sent to your Instagram upon request.)
Cancellation Policy
・Up to 4:00 PM (Japan time) two days before the tour: 50% of the participation fee ・Up to 4:00 PM (Japan time) the day before the tour: 100% of the participation fee ※Cancellation fees apply for cancellations made at the customer's convenience. Group reservations are subject to the Travel Agency Act. Please notify us by phone or email in case of cancellation. ※If the Aqua Walk is canceled by our company due to weather conditions or other reasons, a refund will be issued. In case of cancellation, we will contact your hotel directly. However, please note that no refund will be given if the free snorkeling cannot be arranged due to scheduling conflicts with the next tour or pickup times (when only the Aqua Walk is operated). ※You may choose to observe the Aqua Walk from the beach instead of participating. However, an observation fee of $25 (covering facility usage, beverages, transportation, insurance, etc.) is required for guests aged 12 and older. ※Participation in the Aqua Walk is not permitted on the day of your flight departure. ※For safety management and to prevent disputes, photography and video recording must be handled among guests themselves. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from such activities. ※Photos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, advertisements, magazines, etc. If you do not wish to be featured, please contact us in advance. ※Customers wishing to pay in Japanese yen must apply at least 5 days prior to departure from Japan. Payment will be calculated at the exchange rate on the day of payment. Please note that any transfer fees are the customer's responsibility. Please make payments via Mizuho Bank, Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, or Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. ※Free GoPro filming may be unavailable due to equipment malfunction or weather conditions. Please understand that refunds cannot be provided in such cases. ※Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
