$99 Campaign Now On! Join our dolphin watching tour aboard a private boat to encounter wild dolphins! Our dolphin sighting rate is an amazing 92% (calculated through end of September 2025)! Enjoy snorkeling, slides, and a floating trampoline at Ocean Park. Aqua Walk is an activity where you wear a helmet and enjoy an underwater walk in Guam's beautiful sea. Since your hair and face stay mostly dry, you can even keep your glasses or contacts on. Everyone from children to seniors can participate, even if you can't swim. Wetsuits and aqua boots are provided free of charge, so just bring a towel and wear your swimsuit. Plus, right now, we're running a campaign with free GoPro photography included with Aqua Walk. (Photos will be sent to your Instagram upon request.)
Cancellation Policy
・Up to 4:00 PM (Japan time) two days before the tour: 50% of the participation fee ・Up to 4:00 PM (Japan time) the day before the tour: 100% of the participation fee ※Cancellation fees apply for cancellations made at the customer's convenience. Group reservations are subject to the Travel Agency Act. Please notify us by phone or email in case of cancellation. ※If the activity is canceled by our company due to weather conditions or other reasons, a refund will be issued. In case of cancellation, we will call your hotel directly. ※If the boat captain deems conditions unsafe due to weather or other factors, the Ocean Park tour included with Dolphin Watching will be canceled. Please note that no refund will be issued in such cases. ※You may choose to observe from the beach instead of participating in the Aqua Walk. However, a viewing fee of $25 (covering facility usage, beverages, transportation, insurance, etc.) is required for participants aged 12 and older. ※This tour includes snorkeling at the Ocean Park during dolphin watching. Therefore, the complimentary snorkeling included with the Aqua Walk is not available. Please be aware. ※ You cannot participate in Aqua Walk on the day of your flight departure. ※ For safety management and to prevent disputes, please take photos and videos among yourselves. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues related to photography. ※ Photos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, advertisements, magazines, etc. If you do not wish to be featured, please contact us in advance. ※Customers wishing to pay in Japanese yen must apply at least 5 days prior to departure from Japan. Payment will be calculated at the exchange rate on the day of payment. Please note that any transfer fees are the customer's responsibility. Please make payments via Mizuho Bank, Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, or Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. ※Free GoPro photography may not be available due to equipment malfunction or weather conditions. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases. ※Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
