Service Description
Hop aboard our dedicated boat to meet wild dolphins! Our dolphin encounter rate is an amazing 92% (calculated through the end of September 2025)! At Ocean Park, you can also enjoy snorkeling, slides, and a sea trampoline. Parasailing is a marine activity where a parachute is pulled by a motorboat, allowing you to enjoy an aerial stroll like flying a kite. Even first-timers can enjoy it if they have the stamina to swing on a swing, making it suitable for a wide range of ages, from children to seniors.
Cancellation Policy
・Up to 4:00 PM (Japan time) two days before the tour: 50% of the participation fee ・Up to 4:00 PM (Japan time) the day before the tour: 100% of the participation fee ※Cancellation fees apply for cancellations made at the customer's convenience. Group reservations are subject to the Travel Agency Act. Please notify us by phone or email in case of cancellation. ※If the activity is canceled by our company due to weather conditions or other reasons, a refund will be issued. In case of cancellation, we will call your hotel directly. ※If the boat captain deems conditions unsafe due to weather or other factors, the Ocean Park Tour included with Dolphin Watching will be canceled. Please note that no refund will be issued in such cases. ※Pregnant guests and guests with disabilities cannot participate in parasailing. ※Parasailing is typically enjoyed by two people. For odd-numbered groups (3, 5 people), one person will ride alone. However, if the boat captain determines sea conditions are poor and requires an early return to port, we may ask you to share the parasail with another guest. ※ Please refrain from wearing glasses, as there is a risk of them falling into the water or being damaged. If you choose to wear them, it will be at your own risk. ※Children under 5 years old are not permitted on the parasail boat. ※For safety management and to prevent disputes, please take photos and videos among yourselves. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any issues related to photography. ※Parasailing is operated under commission by Sunny Side Up. ※Photos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, advertisements, magazines, etc. If you do not wish to be featured, please contact us in advance. ※Customers wishing to pay in Japanese yen must apply at least 5 days prior to departure from Japan. Payment will be calculated at the exchange rate on the day of payment. Please note that any transfer fees are the customer's responsibility. Payments should be made via Mizuho Bank, Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, or Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. ※Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
